What are your thoughts on Linens (for beds and towels?).  

I would squeeze a few 3 beds in there though 

The markets you bought into are hot at the moment.Is it proper due diligence to talk to the developers they're in bed with?

I have a 3 bed 1 bath 1,300 sqft single family for sale.

Cleaners should be able to wash dishes, make beds and other misc soft set up work.
