Demand was already accelerating for drive-thrus even pre-Covid because a lot of these tenants (whether it’s Starbucks or Chipotle or Habit Burger Grill), their drive-thru restaurants were already doing significantly higher volumes than their non-drive-thru restaurants.

I only had $300 listed as a cleaning fee listed in the lease so I am planning to only deduct $300 instead of $1200.However, the cleaning person was unable to restore the stove grates/grills to their previous state (they were like-new when I left) from years of baked-in grime and grease.

If you do it consider making some of the kitchens into specialty kitchens, pizza oven, BBQ/smoker, micro brewery, bakery ovens and cooking racks, donut fryers.
