I was told about this group through the real estate rookie podcast and wanted to see the hype.

I scaled back to my favorite 4 states to invest and started working on efficiencies.I personally see the property manager as the “Hub” of each region.

Those investors see the tech job growth and see value my market. 

Your mileage may vary.Whether the landlord wants to see the letter or not should ultimately be up to the landlord not you.

Detroit is literally a block by block city and if you are not here to see the property you need boots on the ground that you can rely on to assess any potential purchase.  

If that actually happens and you are able to see the condition of the home, would you still go the same route?

We have found that remodeling kitchens and bathrooms don't see the same ROI as amenities, stand out design and furnishings, etc.

I also believe it is super important to see the complete picture instead of basing a decision on one factor.

This is where I see the difference: the internet created new jobs and industries, AI is mostly about the opposite.
