And by the time he was ready he had the complete model for what the program was teaching and from what I could see it worked for him.. the 40k training stuff that is done through up sell IE come to free seminar then go to 3 day training for a few grand then come to 40k program those will have fall out rates in the 75 to 90% range for those that invest in those trainings from what I saw..

Many cases of 90% LTV anything do not exist, and 80% LTV anything do not exist much either (unless it is a purchase on a rent ready property or a delayed purchase).

But frankly, the only people who are losing now are the ones who are trying to time the market.So, I don't think it's just a weird sales tactic to say it’s a good time to buy, I think it's reflective of the fact that it IS technically always good to buy… as long as it’s a payment that YOU can reasonably expect to pay over the next few years.The reality is, it’s a good time when YOU are ready to take action!
