Its not personable enough.If success were success were certain, I would still like the room to make my own mistakes with a mentor that is understanding enough not to "punish" me or be pissed about it.With 20k a month, I would probably up my standard of living somewhat, but the majority of that cash flow would be reinvested into real estate.
