Those guys couldn't be bothered saving for a rainy day or coming up with Plan B, because they lived in Utopia, where the sun shines every day, the street is paved with gold and the sidewalks lined with gumdrops.

They have good intentions and are paving their own personal road to hell with them. 

That is the true risk of these structures and to not at the very least acknowledge those potential situations as a practitioner of these instruments is a very vain characteristic of the promoters of these things.The point is, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Every unit got a brand new roof, all new windows (including skylights), all new doors, all new walkways, new community pool, new paving throughout and additional parking.

Instilling fear through the media helps pave the way for citizens to give up their rights and go along with more intrusive government.

And why didn't they pave the property and prepare it properly for a factory?
