I do not have anything special in my lease as other posters indicated be sure and have close family contacts and even talk to them about what responsibilities they may have either moral or otherwise in the event of some future happening; know who they are.

So moral of the story is leave the legal stuff to the attorneys to handle for the buyers and sellers and if they want to be cheapo's and not pay for legal representation then they need to OWN their mistakes.I have no problem telling clients what they are asking is not what I do for services and to seek appropriate legal counsel.
