I know this isnt what your looking for, but I had a property go vacant while i was rehabbing it(I didnt check the mail ever) and have gotten an insane amount of cards from wholesalers/investors. 

That is cheap enough you can buy them with a credit card cash advance. 

I financed the rehab with a 0% credit card (i strongly do not recommend that if you're new) and so i had zero finance or interest charges for the entire rehab. 

You're making yourself an easy target and there are a lot of unscrupulous people out there so please be careful and (speaking like the mom that I am) hold your cards a little closer to your vest.

When other banks make is easy/seamless to open virtual accounts, create virtual debit cards, and pay a reasonable interest rate on deposits, I will consider them.

I also have over 100k of available credit on credit cards I could use (I have worked so hard to create great relationships with CapitalOne and Chase after bankrupty to have this, and don't live on credit card float).

Expenses should be for the property in a seperate bank account and credit card for accounting purposes.
