What bank would you recommend in NJ that works with loose credit scores but large assets and liquid....This has been my problem, plenty of cash on hand, in the middle of buying another 4 plex w/ 25% down and still get jamb up on financing...

If the damage is in excess of the $400 I will withhold from the security deposit.I have carpets in the upstairs portion of the house and the dogs and cats are likely to damage those.Her lease only expires next year.

Loosing 1 month of rent (never mind paying commission to get a new renter) would lower your annual return to 5% and 2% if you have to pay a commission to re-lease it.
