Don't waste time and do it properly, and don't worry about pennies when it can drag into the thousands.

Literally got into RE while at a family BBQ about 15 years ago.

So I wrote a report about every quarter and I included a drone shot  Picture worth a thousand words right.. so shows the streets being built and the houses going up.. etc etc.
