What was your very first real estate deal like?

While I am down here in South Florida, where real estate is a sport and finding a parking spot feels like an investment strategy, house hacking can work anywhere if you play it right.Since you are new to the area, I would start by getting a feel for rental demand.

I haven't bought a lot at auction but the best deal I got at one was:Through the fog of memory (don't feel like looking up the exact amounts), in late 2021, I paid around 140k for a 4 bedroom single family detached property.

Consider adding amenities like beach gear or a hot tub to boost bookings.

I like to make money on real estate not just buy it to say I own it.

I guess there has also been talk of moving some government entities out of Washington, like the FBI.How does all that factor into your analysis?   

Frame it like this: "in order to make sure you get paid on time I want to have a schedule of when the draw inspections should happen with the bank"Then, you have a schedule to keep an eye on and if they're slipping, you can ask them why and see how you can help them get back on track. 

Most seem to like there to be a business reason for the state you use to create the LLC, either the property is there or you live there.
