You need the advice of a cross-border accountant - a professional that understands US and Canadian accounting and how they interact. 

My name is Scott Weekley and although I'm not new to BP this is my first time actually interacting with the user interface and different users online.

There are several options:- Guesty + cleaning services: apparently Guesty can interact with guests and contact/manage an outside cleaning service. guest does not have their own cleaning team and is an online service only.- Superhost: same thing as guesty?

-contact local landlords and get their feeling of the interaction (easy, heavy handed, not at all, waiting forever) with the local HA; also for the quality of the available local section 8 tenants- i would look for tenants previously long-term in their former place; then you educate them/train them to your requirementscontinuous success

Okay, so for those of you who have interacted with me on here would know I'm a young thriving individual who is looking for his first wholesale deal in the market.

Unlike a realtor, their interaction with you does not end at closing.

But she digs her job I don't think she would be happier chasing tenants or PMs she likes the high level interaction working with multi billion dollar budgets ( Finance VP at Intel)... etc etc.
