@Jonathan Watson your correct inexperience in the space and he is simply pitching what he makes money at.. these assets as I have stated since the first day on got on BP 2.5 years ago.. are appropriate in my Humble opinion only for locals that want to scale a low end rental business... have the time to watch them like a hawk.. you will be hard pressed to break even with these if you have to pay 3p management turnover costs etc etc.
