In Cincinnati, I hope you're OK with 4-5 months/year of cold, gray skies, and dead outdoor plant life.  

For Phase 2, consider painting the concrete on the entry floor and step a dark gray with concrete paint.

Here in Grays Harbor county properties are being snatched up left and right by eager home buyers as soon as they are listed.

I suggest adding a photo, people are more willing to respond to a face than a gray blob. 

I'm not as gray as it shows in my profile picture and don't usually wear a tie!

@Brian Gibbons, I love what you are saying and think this might be the best way to do this.With that said it is not how I chose to do this for my business.I speak with attorneys on a regular basis and there is some gray here.The way I understand it is that a RTO is clearly financing if you are applying a portion of the rent to a down payment (and not returning it if they done buy).

all the artwork is here though.) have the front and back doors be across from each other. light will shine all the way through as well as lovely air flow. go with a super pale gray on the walls and crisp white trim. merely sharing what has worked for me in the past; so this is all just food for thought of-course.
