If you are experiencing problems with homeless peoples, perhaps you should address the actual problem of people having no where to live and the ever higher cost of rent. 

I live on the Los Angeles strip and when we call the police for even serious matter they don't come at all, or they will show up three days later like a plumbing company that is backlogged for several days.A few months ago, about 10 homeless people moved into a vacant doctor's office next to my apartment building and they were bringing stolen cars onto the property and starting fires inside the building to keep warm.

This will be unfortunate as it will lead to the homelessness the alt left were trying to stop. 

I was homeless and now have 8 homes!

But they also have a rampant homeless population and more people dying from drug overdoses than COVID-19.

This can be considered as (battered females, Veterans, Homelessness etc.)

Or homeless I suppose, and multi-gen living but I think it's safe to say these are micro % of any whole and can be ignored. 

I do not know about your area, but if you check into homeless veteran programs and emergency housing for abuse victims your likely can find subsidized programs. 

It could cause me to be homeless I just don't know if I'm doing wrong or not because this lady has been on my back since the day I moved in I was carrying things in and she called to tell me that I couldn't have my area rug outside but she didn't give me time to get it in and then my sister lived next door and 3 days after she died that lady came to tell me that she felt left in the dark cause she saw on Facebook that my sister died and we should have told her and that they can't have an apartment rented to a dead person.

Would you charge a daily prorate or be a decent human being and just wait so their not homeless?
