Hi Sergio, I think there are way too many variables to be able to gain any real insight from responses here.

The challenge with using a paid option is expecting one person to have all the knowledge you need to succeed unless that person is giving you access to their board. 

Option C (selling) simplifies finances and provides a large lump sum (~$270K), but triggers significant capital gains taxes, potentially increasing Social Security taxation and Medicare premiums.

Pretty solid points here, I would also like to add refinancing with a non-traditional DSCR based loan can assist with getting access to cash quickly as there are many lenders that have a lower seasoning requirement. 

Another consideration is that if you do a 1031 exchange back out of CA the state is a "claw-back" state so CA will try to get their capital gains eventually.

Hi Saju,Well it is an exciting market with lots of future developments happening, all aligned with the popular Dubai 2040 vision.As for how the market is for US investors, there is no local tax on capital gains, or tax on rental income.

I have a full time W2 job that takes up much of my time, so I'm leaning toward Turnkey until I gain some experience.

You may have to sell the whole property to access the funds in the IRA or 401k when you retire and for required minimum distributions.
