I would like to know from those of you out there that are RentRedi savants, how you manage/create your leases, and how RentRedi has been from a syndication perspective. 

We want to rearrange the triplex and quadplex and would love to get an Architect perspective to rearrange things without going too crazy our our budget.

That's not a slight, I know you said you've done some research, this is to put things into perspective for you because some of what you have said here has clearly defined to me that your lacking some very key very fundamental information. 

You need to find fresh preforeclosures to get to the property owners before other people.
