It's not worth the extra monthly income that comes with getting involved with low income renters.

For instance, one property seems to have an extra bathroom that is not listed in the county records.I plan to make some modifications, including removing a closet wall to expand a bathroom and taking out a kitchen island that contains electrical outlets and a switch.

I have never had any tenant object to paying an extra $35 per month to have the softener, that is about what they cost to rent from softener companies.

I want to let you know that there is a short term rental forum, where you can chime in on things that have worked for you, or ask questions of folks who have similar successes and challenges with STRs.

Alot of the training teaches you about apps, and events coming in the future that are really commercials because ofcourse you have to pay extra for them. they have so many different parts and systems for instance I just found out today that the one on one coaching i thought I signed up for where they fund you deals and you split 50/50 has 3 parts.

Lastly many folks were home watching the As and Giants in the World Series and I am sure that saved a lot of folks.

so if it's possible to inoculate folks to that there's a lot they can do in terms of networking and meetups, even the pitch-y ones if their eyes are open.
