I'm tempted to do what many have said which is to just use a debit card, but I get 2% back on a CC, which is not insignificant when managing dozens of vendors, and I really hate to change a process that's working because the software I chose is lacking a basic feature.  

Change some of the variables, it will give you an intuitive feel for where you need to focus next given the opportunities at hand.Finally, the ultimate combination is having a business AND invest in real estate.

They will not change a street view which they choose from the address.

My husband and I purchased our first Costa Rica property last year and were advised by our agent that in almost 6 years of working in that market he had only ever seen 1 American Couple successfully obtain a mortgage in Costa Rica and it was from Scotia Bank. 

But because market prices of properties went up like crazy and so did the market rents, both tenant and landlords are not cognizant of the changes. 

Ultimately it's less of a science than an art, but people rarely truly change so what they did is probably what they'll do.
