Land trusts can use a legal method called tenancy by the entireties for jointly owned property (again depending on state).  

I thought this might be of some interest:Freddie Mac, for its part, projects purchases of 200 to 500 manufactured home chattel loans in year two (2019) of its final three-year DTS plan, and another 600-1,500 in year three (2020), subject, in its entirety, to separate approval by FHFA, which may or may not occur.

It instead uses Tenancy by the Entirety ("TBE").

It got me thinking about purchasing  a property to hold long-term and have it serve as a vacation rental for the entirety of the time we aren't visiting ourselves (we hope to visit annually).

The way it was set up on both the sales end (his side of the biz) and boots on the ground side (Oceanpointe), seems very intentional and makes it hard to see it as anything but fraudulent in its entirety. 

If you are married put high dollar assets in tenants by the entireties and do your risky business in your own name alone.

Is it good idea to title just in my name or is it better to take title as tenants by the entirety, tenancy in common or joint tenants?
