Sorry if I’m posting to the wrong section, but this was the closest topic regarding mobile/manufactured homes! 

It's not enough to throw at any of my current mortgages to where it would make any real difference.I agree that investing in flips or lending probably isn't the best choice right now with that small amount of money because I need the write-offs from Real Estate and not just the income from interest.But as I said above, the $40-50k that I can pull together right now won't even buy a beat down mobile home in my area.

Hey Eric, Is there a page on the forums dedicated to first trust deeds for more practical information?

They are also much easier to finance versus manufactured or Mobile homes.  

Our team has been signing more higher-end ($150k-$225k) manufactured/mobile homes to sell in the Phoenix area.

At the time the C/O is given to live in the mobile home?

So I have 3 days I can dedicate to my bookkeeping.However, I'm wondering do I need a bookkeeper to streamlined expenses going out. 🤔?

Or an alternate strategy if your goal is to have a vacation rental paid for is to buy some sort of investment, STR, buy and hold, stocks, bonds whatever and just dedicate the cashflow from that to renting a place each year. 

Even if you have all the skills, you may not want to dedicate the time.
