These coaches typically just take money and then if the people fade out they have made coin on them etc.It's like J if you spend countless hours helping show people the flipping business and 1 out of 20 actually did something etc.

I have gotten coin op washers and dryers off of craig's list before, but to be perfectly honest I think it's much easier just to go with the low end appliances for rental units, since market rent isn't going to change based on appliance quality, lol.
