I'll keep that in mind.I'm currently using Cozy since it provides credit report and background checks for me, and had definitely helped a lot when screening tenants.

Software like Cozy/Avail are great but limited to only (1) user. 

.- Increased exposure -- be on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Cozy (Realtor.com) etc)- Promotional special to fill my vacancy if it seems good to you (First Month @ 50% if lease signed by July 14 or some such promotion).Best of luck, here, Jay!

I have been collecting the payments from the tenants using Cozy but have recently placed the condos under management.

Let them do the finish work and maybe fixture installs but hire licensed people for the other parts of the job. 5) Some people do cozy, buildium, etc.

It's a cozy 2 bed, 1 bath with a shed and a huge yard.

I use Cozy as my primary rent collection platform, but have several tenants who are . . . lazy to call it what it is . . . and sending a simple cash app or venmo request works to collect payment.  

Reading through the Bigger pocket books, the company Cozy came up.
