I dont know if this is relevant but an investor we were talking to on the weekend owns a couple of 'not for profit' half way homes.He was asking one of the women (she is a rehab counsellor) if she knew of anyone in 'need' as he gets paid to accommodate these souls.

CMAs tend to be more comprehensive and often include an analysis of not only recent sales and current listings but also expired and pending comparable sales.Since this area is not very regulated, each State can create requirements for the two reports (some require licensing, others do not).
