Oh these are absolutely excellent points ,and I’m not sure of the answers . the house is incredibly cheap (35K )but I’m sure it needs another 75K so I have forfeited this property.

They receive a holding receipt and agreement which specifically states it will be forfeited if conditions aren't satisfied.  

As of this year I worked a deal with her where she can stay in my second home rent free for the next 4 years and in return, she forfeits all entitlements of my retirement (Judge order signed already).My question: Is there any tax benefits I can write-off for the property?

Legal entities can be fined just like people, their property can be forfeited by the courts as well. 

I looked at the actual detailed statutes and they are required to give a forwarding address or they forfeit the right to receive a letter detailing what funds are going to be withheld.

I've made a lot of money when investors forfeited and I had to self fund because they weren't able to actually get money when required, but that wasn't the plan and it creates problems so I take the whole deal.
