It's a food desert (closest grocery stores are in Commerce City and Stapleton), there is no gym access within 20 min. besides the small rec center, there is virtually nothing you can walk to for food, and the closest veterinarian is in Park Hill. 

Do you want to purchase something that will appreciate over time, or do you simply need the best housing option (the closest commute, the biggest space for your money, etc)?

I honestly posted originally as a resident of the area who wants to get a half decent steak without driving 30 minutes.
