The seller just celebrated her 87th bday a few days ago.

Through my research here on BP and elsewhere, the topic of wholesaling seems quite controversial and murky.

Tax attorneys are there for two reasons;A) To give you a more indepth view of tax controversy.

they are not in the business they are investors.those in the business make money by transaction ( like me)  either lending, fix and flipping, the ever controversial wholesaling and assigning method, property management.

now celebrate!

Some say the more you earn the more you pay, I say the more you pay the more you earned, celebrate.

We just celebrated our one year ownership and will be raising the rents, as market rents have increased and demand has increased.  

Keep me posted when you close on that thing so I can celebrate with ya from miles away!
