If you have a high tolerance level for drama and a naturally calm demeanor, this could work well for you.

I sputtered when I saw it, but calmed down, returned the tan for more slate, and got used to it.  

Once they realized they had to spend time to look things up, make copies for me, and in some cases, explain that it wasn't an actual violation, things have calmed down.

My motivation to pursue this, comes from knowing that there are giving people out there and that I will not be alone when I need that moment of calm.

Stay calm and professional, but when reviewing the list with the Tenant (list must be in writing BTW), do not hesitate to triage the "wishes" from the "necessary" and inform the tenants which you will be address and which you will not (again in writing).Is this a fairly new tenant?  

But i am glad that everybody was able to calm down and work together to sort thing out. 

What HAS helped is when the owner of the PMC responds to the reviews, especially to angry one star reviews, in a professional and calm manner.

Hi Natasha, It's a lovely home, it seems spacious and sunny, but there are certainly a few things that as a broker I would suggest you should do.1) Paint the apartment all white. 2) Reposition all your furniture3) Remove the current song from the video, and perhaps use a calm but more uplifting sound. 4) Hire a professional photographer, and I am happy to share a few contacts.4) Run the comps, within your building and as well the area. 5) This is a down market and buyers are looking for a deal.
