I assume you're living with some buddies already, so the only big change is instead of everyone paying the school or the landlord, all your buddies would pay you.

If we compete, figure it out buddy. 

Hell, with the time I've spent on these replies, I could have registered 1/2 dozen LLC's and EINs :)I even emailed my buddy a "cheat sheet" so he could click though the menus faster than I did my first time.  

I didn't work with him but one of his buddies who was also in the meeting.
