Some people in the tenant base may not engage technology as readily, but the smartphone market is accelerating globally and transactions via these will only increase; in time people will not use debit/credit cards anymore, but their phones for payment, for example.What this means is, ultimately, tenants will expect the same simplicity, transparency and seamlessness in the "rental accounts" as they do for other services.

On my type of construction the planning phase includes the sub as to what time frame it will take him to accomplish his function and to merge it into the other aspects of the job and make sure they blend as you anaticipatee.

It seems that I'm getting a good deal, since most of the interest on the home is paid on the original loan, and as a trustee it seems like I can seamlessly take over the current agreement for the taxes.

Also you can blend it with clear polyurethane if your floors are a "little rough" but not so much to warrant full opaqueness; that way a little grain shows through, which gives it a little nicer appearance (in my opinion).

For the purposes of continuity wouldn't you set setup the DBA with the same name as the LLC so that when you set up the LLC it becomes seamless to the people you have been doing business with under the DBA.
