If the closing is similar to a regular house closing, could I expect or try to negotiate any costs into the final price and you said before the title contingency is not necessary (of course an inspection though) -- is it automatically included as the bank had to do this anyway when they assumed it on their books?

Dual Agency, in most states, must be specifically spelled out and signed off by all parties...it is NOT automatic just because there is only one agent involved.

So I purchased and gave notice of cancellation at which time the company had said it was on automatic 5 year renewal and just renewed in may when I closed in june.
