While I acknowledge that law school actually doesn't teach you anything other than how to read really thick books and memorize things under such threat of death by professorial edict.Also regarding lawyers, my dayjob firm has so many lawyers working for them and they are all pretty dumb.

Every economic problem in this country can be traced back to e decline in education in this country.Countries that value education will continue to move ahead of us in terms of economic progession and deservedly so.Also funny how i've pointed out numerous times on this forum that we DON'T have the best health care in the world but until now, nobody here has wanted to acknowledge it.

Almost everything they try you can try yourself.2- Often, if the 3rd party were to be "successful" in "saving your home", you end up in greater debt than you started.3- Sometimes it is better to lose your home in foreclosure, move to less expensive quarters, and start accumulating cash again.4- Most lenders consider the approaches used by 3rd party intermediares "bizarre" and won't even acknowledge them.5 - Run any of these programs you are considering by an attorney.

Total cost to me: $65 per apartment x 37 units for State inspection, $50 per unit for lab tests of dust wipe samples x 12 apartments cited, $700 for certified inspection & testing of the two "special" units cited.The law requires that you also maintain a yearly checklist on each apartment that basically acknowledges that someone has checked the unit for peeling paint, what date, who, and if repairs were made.Inspection of building #2 was a breeze.

I guess mine was less than perfect, and I think, supports my counterpoint very well.I, too, am irked sometimes by the topic, who isn't, but without recognizing or acknowledging the relative value of proper English, which can be negligible in some cases, or using it to convey a degree of professionalism, well, I just don't agree that those dots are always connected.

The next time, I left the wording, but did not initial it, therefore, did not acknowledge it, or agree to it and it went undetected.Again, I feel there is no risk with signing it as you get your EMD back if they actually did choose to cancel, and that is so highly unlikely if you (the buyer) are a serious buyer and don't give any problems in closing the deal.
