You need to think about not just the potential income but also the potential problems such as city ordinances, state law, insurance, potential eviction issues, etc.

Definitely better schools in Rockwall, I think more people commute into Dallas from Royse City than Rockwall too.

States and some cities get broad latitude on administration of the program.

Their rent is subsidized AND if they damage your property the city/state will cover repairs.
