Yes the accent was very strong back then 1980's, but the plain clothed cops were great.We eventually sold that student housing property for a huge profit JUST before it was outlawed by a code change, a GF of a friend worked in the city office so we had 'insider trading' info on the soon to be legislated laws, so we sold it up & running with great rental income. 

You can actually start the process prior to 6 months and clothes the day after the 6 month mark. 

I used to call the 4 Ps  list it and duck.. lolmy wife was a trainer for Floyd Wickman  you and her are cut from the same cloth.. by the time you get 10 plus years in the majority of your business comes from referrals.. not a month or week goes by that she does not get a call.. 

Get addicted to analyzing properties, reading books, jogging, yoga, gardening, cooking, etc.  

All her clothes, items were there.Did I do the right thing by going in and taking it back?

Depending on the age of the house, look for big issues like aluminum wiring, Poly B pipes, cloth wiring, Chinese drywall, galvanize/lead pipes, etc.

My common laundry room specifically says you can’t leave any clothes sitting there for any time - that you’re supposed to set your phone timer and come back within 5 mins of the cycle ending or wait in the room.

Some people have a dedicated camper that's already packed with clothes and supplies, they just back their truck up to it and go.
