If Biden gets elected we will see a change in economic policy which will slow the growth of the economy, and we still will have the inflation from infusion of cash from the trump administration.

If this emergency drags on (as we fear that it may) and we are overwhelmed we will need that information to be able to document our situation should we attempt to seek a disaster loan from the small business administration (the only direct small business assistance being discussed at this time).

You sound very passionate about RE and I'm sure you'll find an opportunity that works for you.Aside from being a Realtor, the options that come to mind are: becoming an Appraiser, Home Inspector, Administrative assistant for broker/PM company, transaction coordinator, Contractor's apprentice. 

The banks have their act together and are working together without guidance from the administration since there really is none.I'd stay away from BA even though they are down so much, but based on what?

They are typically lumped together and distributed between Sch E properties, labeled as "administrative", "business overhead" or something similar.

I’ve worked for a couple general contractors that did work for property managers and investors, I never did any administrative work so I didn’t learn much about the contracts between them.
