Attend real estate events or join local real estate groups.

I'm still in the infancy stages of my REI journey. i've been attending many REI Meet ups and seminars and have been meeting some great people!

I will attend the Central IL REI Meet-Up in Bloomington on Tuesday, May 14th.

Tempe and the areas around Grand Canyon University in Phoenix are known for being high crime (I had extended family attend there too). 

If you are interested in Vancouver B.C. try attending a zoom meeting from Mogul Mastermind every last Wednesday of the month.
