As for vTiger, I believe it’s free version is self-hosted, which means you need to have your own web hosting infrastructure and domain setup to take advantage of their open source option

If the utility companies are all different like the properties are in different counties you can put all the properties on Google Sheets/Excel and break the pages down by county and list the addresses going horizontally and put the things you are looking to track Taxes - is this not built into the loans on the properties?

Unlike a lot of BP publications, it's really more of an extended pamphlet with some good pieces of information, but if it is "the book", it's only because it's the "only book".The chapters are approachable and reader-friendly, but you won't find any nuggets of golden information within the pages if you already listened to the authors' appearance on the BP podcast.
