Maybe reread the lease agreement and that will tell you what your options are.  

Once you close, HUD-1 is set and won't be changed.You get the reno costs on the HUD-1 by giving your closing attorney (or title) an invoice from the contractor who is going to do the rehab, then they will add it to escrow disbursements. hope this helps ;) Hi Alex, I re-read what you wrote and it totally makes sense now.

Plenty  of inspectors available for 300-600 Just re read your question, and  noted that it  was the WHOLESALER that recommended to skip on the inspection...

I believe 1/2 month’s rent for tenant placement (could be full month, I’d have to go back and re-read PM agreement).
