I’m in a major time crunch to get property insurance on a motel in central Michigan.

(Coulombs, OH and Michigan City, IN are in my mind)

I am real estate, construction, litigation attorney in Michigan. 

I am currently a shift manager at arbys, but in school to become a Pastor, and hoping to rent out single/multi family houses.I’m here in Lenoir/Hickory area but I’m from a little town called East Jordan Mi. 

Im looking to purchase a group of duplexes that include 10 units on 2 acres and need someone to complete inspections and evaluation of conditions and potential repairs, does anyone have someone to refer in SE Michigan that could do this within the next 2 weeks? 

They would rather let it go REO so they can make a claim against the MI and be made closer to whole that way. 7 years ago was a different story.  

MI is just a marketing company.
