Not the best place for it, should have had them in interior walls, but it is not a show stopper, many homes do have that, hopefully they are insulated enough that they will not freeze in the winter.

If the accuracy of listing, maybe the pictures look TOO amazing relative to the interior when they arrive (this can happen if you have a great photographer who is shooting it like a dream property.)Someone else said to always exceed expectations.
