I'd say for a 2/2 condo in my area you are looking at $1250-$1400/month depending on amenities and interior condition.

Make sure to state in your lease which windows are accessible for AC units (Avoid interior water damage).

But for now, the goal is to get the residence livable and rented out while I work on the 2000 ft.² plus interior of the church and it’s matching basement. 

Not the best place for it, should have had them in interior walls, but it is not a show stopper, many homes do have that, hopefully they are insulated enough that they will not freeze in the winter.

Need to make sure the  (roof is right) before doing lot's of interior replacement and repairs.  

We have a 1 bedroom apartment connected to our house via a long hallway.  We are going to be closing off the hallway to open up the apartment to renters.  Question...what type of locks should be supplied on both sides...

For us they wanted most of the exterior stuff done and then same thing on the interior..

If the accuracy of listing, maybe the pictures look TOO amazing relative to the interior when they arrive (this can happen if you have a great photographer who is shooting it like a dream property.)Someone else said to always exceed expectations.
