I've identified some potential properties, but am trying to get a good feel on how to value the property, how to assess rental income, and find the best way to interface with VRBO, Airbnb, and a property management team that would be able to deal with key drop-off etc.

It’s a 1,494 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath that’s been listed for just over 50 days and all offers and counteroffers are through the banks interface, so there’s no human interaction for any of this which is a little unfortunate. 

And your correct in that since I don't get many booking from them I am not as familiar with their interface and that is why HA/VRBO is much easier for me to use.

Xencall's interface looks like Windows 98. 

But, if you're asking me to run comps, negotiate, prepare contracts, manage the deal-flow, interface with inspectors and appraisers, re-negotiate, and run interference with lenders, then my time is definitely worth a commission. 

I have been using Rentalutions for two months now and while I don't feel like the interface is 100% there yet, I really like the features.  

With a very use-friendly interface and most all aspects of management covered, it is a great tool for any level of manager.
