@Mark Ross- if you want to purchase another property - doing a cash out refinance on the condo is a fine place to get access to some of the funds ...use a 3o yr fixed rate for this ...max loan to value will be 75% of the appraised value ....if you have other means for the funds to buy another property - you might consider the altermatives
