@jeff @Jeff Hubert a couple thoughts: pros: - money is collected for you- units are maintained by company - not you cons: - costs you a percentage of sales- always a risk of sticky fingers when they are collecting the coins Alternative thought: - if some of your units are washer/dryer ready then price what it costs to rent in the area and rent a little below that cost.
