How has your experience been so far with out-of-state investing?

The unique thing about this platform is that you can actually search reviews from BP members and interact with them about their experience with that particular QI.

Look for one that has other listings and experience in the area.

Just reaching out to see if anyone on here has done it and their experience with it as I am currently researching and interested in getting it done if it’s worth it or not.

If so, how was the experience ? 

Most times, the top of a brokers list are those with experience who they've worked with in the past.

Sadly, on BiggerPockets, some are quick to label companies as scams without real experience.

I very well could have done it the wrong way, but this was just my experience.
