It drives my husband nuts because it always pains his little frugal heart to ever spend any money but when corona virus hit and it took 6 weeks to get appliances and I had two full sets in our storage garage and it allowed us to complete our jobs on time and on budget.Neither one of these approaches to money are 'right' or 'wrong' (within normal boundaries) but it is really important to understand your differences in values regarding money if you are in business together.

I've spent my quarantine days researching my county and their process, looking at properties, and even planned on attending an auction before the coronavirus caused my county to postpone everything. 

I have no idea what the $600 course is, but I can definitely say that buying Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", the "Cashflow 101" board game, and "On the Road with Robert Kiyosaki" were three of the best financial decisions I've ever made and have paid for themselves many times over.Then, coming across Bigger Pockets during coronavirus and realizing that money was about to be devalued in a major way was also a personal game changer. 

I am definitely feeling it as well, but 5 minutes before posting this I just got a last minute 2 week booking at one of my properties, and this just goes to show that you have to be prepared for a little bit of a slow down, but there will always be travelers that are looking to book last minute, especially this time of year and factoring in the coronavirus and other states having stricter lockdowns which contribute to their spontaneous decision to pack up and head for the southwest.George

So get as much money as you can right now.No one here has a crystal ball, but you don’t have to be a soothsayer to know that the Coronavirus Crisis is going to have a deep impact on the economy.

Obviously only the stock market is currently being effected with the coronavirus, but lets assume in the near future the real estate market starts to feel the impact or we experience another 2008.

But of course, as you said, it's fragile and should be done cautiously as many Airbnb investors are finding out with this whole Coronavirus thing.
