IE:1) Redo the lighting, maybe add some accent or can lights2) Redo the trim, or add some wainscotting and/or chair rail3) Patch up holes at the windows, and put in nice window treatments4) Do fancy shelving or rods in the closet5) New flooring or refinish wood floors6) Finish it off by trying to do a top quality paint job on the trim, walls, and ceiling.That's a simple project that is actually quite difficult - many different skills needed to do it.

But I also am of the opinion that many professionals aren't worth much more than the cushy leather chair they're sitting in - I want to find the best in my area to draft my land trust - but I also want to be well informed when I walk into an attorney/CPA office.I am trying to execute a buy and hold strategy on larger commercial multi-family units.
