If you need to work two-three jobs, that what I do: one at a restaurant and one at a Casino to save up enough.I don't  understand why you don't use that real estate license to get a better job though that's what I've been saving my money for.

Still not much better now Stephen, the casino was supposed to help but hasnt done much besides help itself, commercial and residential throughout that area are still boarded up.

But you're more likely to turn $60K into $100K in the casinos than by buying a single house.

Illegal casinos and drinking parlors became widespread in Miami.At this point, almost anybody could invest in Florida, even without much money.

I provide Bulk REO and Note Packages, Commercial Properties, Residential Properties, Casino's, Builders Liquidating over built New Build Homes, etc....

From an economic standpoint there is a lot of development going on there with Amazon, the Tiverton Casino, Healthcare and the Development of a large shopping complex. 

In the casino when you are in the black, you are now playing with house money. 

I think there's a lot of upside to the Everett/Chelsea/Malden area's with the Casino going in and all the business' coming into the Seaport.

The stock market is too much like walking into a casino, so I choose to invest in a way that will do some good for my cash flow and will grow into something more.

We will still have permanent employees of industry including the new facilities,  casinos, hospitals, McNeese,  maritime,  etc...
