The bookkeeping features are available alongside other industry-specific features like online rent collection and tenant screening. 

Fairly new to the agent space but I've joined a small high producing team here that I'm excited to get to work alongside.

Our current CPA is retiring this year and we would love a fresh start.Our goal is to find a knowledgeable & accessible CPA (preferably in the South Jersey area) who can help us maximize our tax strategies, as well as be willing to receive our book keeping on a monthly basis to allow for us to pre-pay our income taxes.We would also welcome a solid attorney that could help us protect our assets and who would work alongside a CPA.

Unfortunately beyond the sliding glass door is a stairwell with about 12 steps leading to the (grass) in the backyard, therefore I would have to install pavers for a pathway leading to the driveway alongside the house. 

I worked alongside a CPA and asked a ton of questions, and I wanted to breakdown our strategy for anyone in the BP community that might be interested.First, broke down my 3-2 townhome into percentages based on square footage:I personally occupied the 13% unit for the first 6 months of the year, then had a tenant move into the 22% unit downstairs.

Since tax sales may not be enough to create a full time income, I am wondering if there is another strategy you use along side of tax sale investing to create additional income.

I think it's difficult to do if you aren't pretty focused on it because it is very process oriented so trying to manage Section 8 rentals alongside market ones exactly like you manage market rentals may be tough.There's a lot more on Section 8 - I answer a lot of questions here on BP regarding it so if you want to check out my profile and my Forum responses, I think it will lead you to a lot of discussions (not just my opinions) that you wouldn't even think to ask at this point.Let me know if I can help further.
