find something you are passionate about and volunteer.  

The vast majority of the volunteers are English teachers like myself, and have limited financial resources.

I told each of them to volunteer nothing about my job, that I would just give them an assignment and they would do it.

By the way, Josh Dorkin, founder of Bigger Pockets, volunteers at several businesses to wear a gorilla suit and hold a sign promoting your business in the weekends - it's just the way he gives back to the Bigger Pockets community.  

Tell, you what, instead of me typing a book, I'll volunteer to assist you initially to get you and them started, I'll be happy to speak to you, them or any attorney or other advisor in the matter for you.

Theresa did promise that they will have webinars again so when they do I will join and volunteer. 

The roof is in need of repair and seller stated that they had a volunteer service who would replace the roof for the cost of material.Now the seller knows that the bank will take no less than 30k and then there is 5k in back taxes.

So in the coming months I'll be asking for a lot of volunteers who want to share a quick story. 

We've both grown up of the mindset that it's important to help others, whether through financial means / volunteering time / etc.

For now I will just say that we made a 22% annualized return on our total cash investment.Before: (We had already started taking out some of the 20+ trees we had to remove that were all volunteers growing in bad locations all over the lot or were dead.
