I know PM groups can have unlicensed people perform certain duties.

I am active duty military stationed on Dyess AFB, TX, 21 yrs old, just purchased my first single-family last month. 

But I am active duty and move around all the time.

But as was discussed the veteran still needs a job when returning from active duty to qualify for the loan.

It's duty is done.

I will begin by first formally introducing myself - I'm Scott Fletcher and am an Active Duty service member with the United States Air Force, which I've proudly been a part of for the last 12 years. 

Education is vitally important....real estate, finances, investing, state landlord tenant codes etc.However without a steady employment income you will not likely go very far, or if you do you will have to work 10 Xs harder to achieve success.

I’m an E-3, actIve duty, stationed at Hill AFB in Utah.

Also vitally important is the amount of rehab the home will need.

My intention is to build my business with systems in place, so that I can hand over essential duties to future employees.
